S M Ice Cream Mart is a fast-growing manufacturer and supplier of ice cream raw materials, bakery ingredients, and confectionery products based in Kolkata.

We serve a wide network of ice cream manufacturers, bakeries, distributors, and retailers and are expanding aggressively across West Bengal and Eastern India.

Role Overview : This is a field-based sales role requiring regular market visits to generate business and build robust customer relationships.

The role involves extensive travel (approximately 20 days per month) .

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development
Visit retail shops, bakeries, ice cream manufacturers, and distributors :
Generate new leads and onboard customers
Achieve monthly sales targets
Market Expansion
Develop current territories and increase product reach
Identify new business opportunities
Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Ensure repeat orders and customer satisfaction
Reporting
Submit daily visit reports and order updates
Provide market feedback to management

Travel Requirement :
Field travel required for ~20 days per month :
Local and nearby district travel





Requirements :
Experience in FMCG / food / ice cream / bakery sales preferred
Strong communication and convincing skills
Willingness to travel extensively
Two-wheeler preferred (not mandatory)
Target-driven and self-motivated

Qualification :
Minimum: 12th Pass
Graduate preferred

Salary & Incentives :
Fixed Salary : ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month
Incentives : ₹5,000 - ₹20,000+ based on performance
Travel allowance (if applicable)

Working Details :
6 days a week
