Job Title : Telesales Agent - BeastDrive

Location : Bangalore hsr layout sector 2

About BeastDrive : BeastDrive is an adventure sports and car rally platform organizing military-style obstacle races, adventure challenges, and rally experiences across South India.

Job Role : We are looking for energetic Telesales Agents to call and convert leads for BeastDrive events such as Battleground - 5KM Military Obstacle Race .

Key Responsibilities :
Call leads who have shown interest in BeastDrive events
Explain event details and advantages to participants
Convert inquiries into paid registrations
Follow up with potential participants through calls and WhatsApp
Maintain lead data and update the sales team

Requirements :
Must speak any one language : Kannada / Malayalam / Tamil / Telugu
Basic English or Hindi communication preferred
Positive convincing and communication skills
Sales or telesales experience is an advantage

Compensation :
Fixed salary or commission-based (10% per registration) :
Incentives based on performance

Pay: ₹9,448.51 - ₹22,583.65 per month
