Solar Oorja Renewables is hiring energetic and hardworking freshers for Field Sales in the solar EPC sector (Residential & Commercial).

If you are confident, ready to work on the ground, and want to build a career in renewable energy sales, this role is for you.

Responsibilities :
Door-to-door canvassing in societies and industrial areas in Greater Noida
Setting up promotional stalls in societies, markets, and local events
Generating leads for residential and commercial solar installations
Explaining solar benefits, government subsidy, and electricity savings to customers
Collecting customer details and regular follow-ups
Visiting factories and commercial units for solar proposals
Coordinating with the technical team for site surveys
Achieving monthly sales targets




Maintaining daily activity and lead reports
Building relationships with RWAs and society management
Attending weekly sales meetings and product training

Requirements :
Fresher can apply
Valuable communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
Confident and presentable personality
Comfortable with field work and local travel
Target-oriented and self-motivated
