JOB Role: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Responsibilities :
Call on company's-provided leads and explain them about er4u erp in detailed manner.
Schedule eR4U demos with potential clients, Our Demo Expert team will showcase the demo to the clients.
Follow up with prospects to drive conversions and close deals.
Communicate with prospects on the Whatsapp, after every call send them a Whatsapp message to create engagement.
Achieve sales closures and generate consistent business for the company.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding and addressing client needs.




Proactively suggest new sales initiatives and strategies to improve conversions and revenue.

Key Requirements
Excellent communication and call-handling skills
Excellent Chatting skills on Whatsapp
Strong lead management and follow-up abilities
Basic understanding of computers, internet, websites, and software products :
Prior experience in a similar industry will be an added advantage
Highly self-motivated with a robust desire to succeed
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
Skilled and confident telephone etiquette

Job Type : Full time, Permanent

Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience :
Tele-calling, Pre -Sales, Sales : 1 year+ (Minimum Criteria)

Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome !
