We are seeking ambitious and resourceful Talent Acquisition to join our offshore recruitment team supporting clients in North America (U.S. & Canada) . This position is well-suited for both freshers and experienced professionals eager to establish or expand their expertise in global recruitment.

Key Responsibilities :
Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand talent requirements and role specifications.
Conduct initial assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Keep abreast of market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices within the U.S. and Canadian recruitment landscape.

Requirements :
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. :
Solid organizational and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to relocate and work onsite in Noida, Delhi NCR.




Open to working in North American time zones (night shifts as required).

Preferred Skills :
Familiarity with U.S. staffing or RPO or Canadian recruitment processes.
Basic knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards.
Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
