We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and strengthen the company’s market presence in the construction and real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets
Lead and manage the sales team to improve performance and productivity
Identify new business prospects and expand the client base
Build strong relationships with clients, investors, channel partners, and stakeholders
Conduct client meetings, project presentations, negotiations, and deal closures
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Coordinate with marketing, business development, and project teams for successful project execution
Monitor sales pipelines, lead conversion, and revenue forecasting
Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance analysis for management




Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term relationship management

Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
5+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development within construction, interiors, or real estate industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team management
Robust leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Excellent client handling and relationship management abilities
Strategic thinking with strong market understanding
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
