Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning :
Use multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
Maintain recruitment data, reports, and ATS/database management :
Build and promote the employer brand of the organization
Stay updated with industry trends and hiring best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications




Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field :
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition :
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and meet hiring deadlines
People-first mindset with robust relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude :
Willingness to travel when required

Preferred Skills
Experience with recruitment tools and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Knowledge of HR processes and hiring metrics
Robust negotiation and decision-making skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
