Operations & Quality Control: Manage daily kitchen operations, ensure food quality, taste, and presentation adhere to fine-dine standards. Menu Development: Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create, test, and implement recent, cutting-edge menu items. Inventory & Cost Management: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, manage raw material costs, and reduce waste. Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise junior chefs and kitchen staff in cooking techniques and safety.
