Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :
Prepare and cook meals as per recipes and instructions
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages
Assist in menu planning and suggest recent dishes if required
Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Requirements :
Proven experience as a Cook or similar role
Knowledge of various cooking methods and cuisines
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good time management and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays





Preferred Qualifications :
Minimum High School
Experience in hotels, restaurants, or catering services
