Key Responsibilities

Documentation & Logging: Completing and uploading credit card files on the bank’s portal.

KYC Management: Assisting customers in completing Video KYC or physical verification.

Query Resolution: Proactively solving issues in "Negative Files.

Customer Support: Guiding customers through the banking process with transparent communication.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: Any Graduate or Final Year students.

Communication: Fluent in Hindi; basic understanding of English.

Skills: Solid problem-solving mindset and basic computer proficiency.
