Responsibilities :
Manage day-to-day showroom operations.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Monitor inventory, stock movement, and stock audits.
Ensure proper display, safety, and security of jewellery items.
Supervise billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
Maintain customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with management regarding store performance and business growth.
Train staff and maintain discipline and professionalism in the showroom.

Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of experience in Jewellery Store Management.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Positive communication and customer handling abilities.
Knowledge of jewellery sales, inventory management, and billing processes.
Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
