Job Description - Sales Manager

Location : Balewadi, Pune Industry : Fitness / Gym / Wellness Experience Required : Minimum 2+ Years in Sales

About the Role : Key Responsibilities:
Drive monthly and quarterly membership sales targets.
Handle walk-ins, lead conversions, and membership counseling.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
Manage client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Conduct follow-ups with prospective members through calls and meetings.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and events.
Maintain sales reports, daily MIS, and performance tracking.
Ensure smooth front-end sales operations at the club.

Requirements :
Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness, wellness, gym, hospitality, or service industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.




Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in gym membership sales or fitness consultation.
Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven workplace.
Valuable understanding of customer retention strategies.

Pay: ₹14,209.22 - ₹35,000.00 per month
