Key Responsibilities : Training Program Development : Design and develop comprehensive training programs for full - stack development, covering both frontend and backend technologies. Create training materials, including presentations, documentation, and hands - on exercises. Training Delivery : Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for developers at various levels of expertise. Adapt training content to meet the specific needs of different teams and individuals. Technical Support : Provide technical support and guidance to participants during and after training sessions. Facilitate Q&A; sessions and encourage team-oriented learning. Skills Assessment : Assess the skill levels of participants through quizzes, projects,



and other evaluation methods. Provide constructive feedback to help participants improve their skills. Stay Informed : Stay up - to - date with the latest trends and best practices in full - stack development. Integrate recent technologies and tools into training programs to ensure relevance. Collaboration : Collaborate with other trainers, developers, and stakeholders to enhance the overall effectiveness of training programs. Gather feedback and continuously improve training content based on participant and organizational needs.
