We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Post-Purchase Operations Executive to manage customer support and backend order operations for our growing e-commerce brand.

The role includes handling post-order customer communication, courier coordination, label management, returns/exchanges, and ensuring a smooth customer experience after purchase.

Responsibilities :
Manage post-purchase customer queries
Coordinate with courier partners for shipment issues
Create and manage shipping labels
Handle RTO, exchange, return, and replacement requests
Track orders and resolve delivery-related issues
Maintain order status updates in Shopify
Coordinate with warehouse and operations team
Ensure high customer satisfaction and quick resolution times

Requirements :
Valuable communication skills in Hindi & English
Basic knowledge of Shopify or e-commerce platforms
Experience in customer support or e-commerce operations is a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
