Key Responsibilities
Operate machinery according to standard procedures
Set up machines before production (calibration, cleaning, etc.)
Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
Report major mechanical problems to supervisors or technicians
Maintain a clean and secure working environment
Keep production records and logs
Follow all safety regulations and company policies

Required Skills :
Basic mechanical and technical knowledge
Ability to read and understand manuals or instructions
Attention to detail and quality control
Problem-solving skills
Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods
Valuable hand-eye coordination

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
ITI/Diploma in mechanical or related field (preferred)
Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation (optional but beneficial)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
