Cafe Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage Service

Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant and café operations.
Supervise and guide service staff to maintain high service standards.
Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and promptly resolve concerns.
Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and overall performance.
Coordinate with kitchen, bakery, and bar teams for smooth operations.
Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational updates.
Train and mentor team members on service standards and SOPs.
Manage reservations, guest flow, and table allocations.
Oversee billing, cash handling, and settlement accuracy.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across service areas.
Monitor inventory of service-related supplies and report requirements.
Support management in achieving sales targets and operational goals.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
