Patient Reception & Assistance
Welcome patients and visitors politely
Guide patients about departments, doctors, and procedures
Answer patient queries and provide basic information
Appointment Management
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
Maintain the doctor’s appointment calendar
Inform patients about waiting time or changes in schedule
Patient Registration
Collect patient details such as name, contact, age, medical history
Create and maintain patient records/files
Update patient information in the system
Phone & Communication Handling
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Transfer calls to doctors or concerned departments
Take and pass important messages
Billing & Payments
Collect consultation fees or registration charges




Generate bills and receipts
Maintain daily payment records
Record Keeping
Maintain patient files and medical records
File reports, prescriptions, and lab results
Ensure patient data confidentiality
Coordination with Medical Staff
