Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise and manage in office construction activities, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and as per project specifications.

Key Responsibilities :
Supervise daily site activities and workforce (labours, masons, subcontractors)
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, plans, and specifications
Coordinate with site engineers and project managers
Monitor material usage and avoid wastage
Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are followed
Plan and allocate daily work tasks to the team
Maintain site discipline and productivity
Report daily progress to higher management

Requirements :
Minimum 5+ years of experience in civil construction
Experience in residential/commercial projects preferred
Robust knowledge of construction methods and site execution
Ability to handle manpower and manage site operations
Basic understanding of drawings and measurements

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
