Description

The E-Com Operation role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our e-commerce business operations in India. This position involves managing logistics, customer service, and sales analysis to drive growth and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure efficient stock receiving, identification, storage, and dispatch to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare orders for delivery, coordinate vehicle loading, and schedule and monitor deliveries and pickups.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by reconciling physical stock with the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ensuring all stock movements are recorded accurately.
- Verify orders, invoices, bills, incoming goods, inventory records, and deliveries to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Supervise delivery and pickup operations to ensure correct handling, minimal stock damage, and timely movement of goods.
- Coordinate with fleet vendors, transporters, and delivery teams to ensure timely and efficient deliveries to customers.




- Monitor shipment and delivery status and resolve operational issues, delays, and stock discrepancies.
- Ensure proper warehouse maintenance and compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
- Conduct daily warehouse inspections to ensure all procedures, processes, and company policies are followed.
- Maintain accurate operational records and reports related to inventory, dispatch, deliveries, and stock movements.
- Identify operational gaps and support process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any stream, E-commerce, or related field.
- 1-6 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO principles.
