Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven, highly organized HR / Operations Manager to lead our recruitment and team management efforts. In this pivotal role, you will be directly responsible for building, expanding, and managing a high-performing team of real estate sales representatives, lead generation specialists, and property deal closers.

This is a 100% performance-based commission role offering high earning potential tied directly to team performance and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding

- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, interview, and recruit top-tier sales agents, lead generation specialists, and revenue managers across key markets.
- Onboarding & Training: Conduct onboarding sessions, brief recent hires on company policies, sales structures, playbooks, and commission models.
- Pipeline Management: Build a continuous talent pipeline to ensure sustained team growth.

2. Team Management & Performance Tracking

- Daily Oversight: Supervise day-to-day activities, attendance, lead handling,



and pipeline progress of all sales and lead generation employees.
- Sales Driving: Motivate, guide, and hold employees accountable to meet closing and deal targets.
- Performance Evaluations: Monitor closed deals, evaluate individual agent performance, and address operational bottlenecks.

3. HR Operations & Administration

- Offer Letters & Contracts: Issue onboarding offer letters, commission agreements, and official documentation.
- Reporting: Maintain clean records of active agents, deal flows, and commission distributions.

Compensation & Commission Structure

- Base Salary: 0 (No fixed salary or fixed allowance)
- Commission:5% Override Commission on the total firm earnings/commission generated from every deal closed by any employee under your management.
- Earning Potential: Unlimited earning potential directly tied to the growth, output, and deal velocity of your managed team.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Proven experience in HR, recruitment, team leadership, or sales management (real estate background is a strong plus).
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing and motivating target-driven sales teams.
- Proficiency in handling hiring platforms, lead sheets, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and communication tools.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high self-motivation, and focus on team revenue outcomes.
