ROI Gains helps aspiring entrepreneurs and existing sellers build and scale e-commerce businesses through mentorship and practical training on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.

We're looking for a results-driven Sales Closer to convert warm inbound leads into paying customers for our e-commerce mentorship programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage and qualify warm leads generated through Meta Ads, webinars, and workshops.
- Conduct consultative sales calls to understand customer goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Sell high-ticket mentorship programs (upto 4,00,000).
- Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects and non-buyers.
- Maintain accurate lead records and sales updates in Google Sheets.
- Work toward monthly revenue targets and continuously improve conversion rates.

Requirements

- Experience: 2–4 years in sales, preferably EdTech, e-commerce, or high-ticket mentorship.
- Fluent in English and Hindi,



with polished communication skills.
- Strong closing, discovery, objection-handling, and follow-up skills.
- High ownership, process discipline, resilience, and sales integrity.
- Coachable, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven workplace.

Compensation

30,000–35,000/month Fixed + Performance-Based Incentives
