Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex Service Now solutions, including custom applications and integrations.

successfully managed the end-to-end implementation/ customization of at least two Service Now modules like SPM,ITAM,App Engine etc.

Strong understanding of Java Script, HTML, CSS, and Service Now scripting languages.

A strong background of Service Now development

Implement technology specific best practices and standards.

Evaluation of recent features and produce comprehensive analysis and recommendations. Perform and participate in product road map planning.

Lead Service Now upgrades planning and execution.

Provide excellent customer service, leadership, communication, problem solving and decision making skills.

Demonstrate strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills.

Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly preferred.
