What would you do? • Data & AI An end-to-end process that addresses all aspects of collecting cash from initial order receipt and credit authorization to collections and revenue assurance activities.

- As part of IFO AI & Data, the resource is expected to understand customer challenges and come up with solutions that provide the Analytics and insights relevant to their ask and relevant to the industry context
- Is a strong Subject Matter Expert in Order To Cash Process. Working experience in a managerial position in Data Analytics in the Order to Cash space

Roles and Responsibilities: • Is a strong Subject Matter Expert in Order To Cash Process. Experience in processing and analyzing ETE Order to Cash process from customer onboarding, Managing Orders, Billing, Collections, Disputes, Helpdesk to payment postings.

- Consolidate big-data, analyze, resolve data gaps, infer key insights, prepare recommendations, presentation to stakeholders and managing end-to-end project governance
- Interact effectively with both external and internal stakeholders, as well as other parties involved in analytics engagement
- Conceptualize and define OTC - F&A; metrics relevant to the engagements & take complete ownership for driving them
- Oversee the development of such metrics (targeted business outcomes achieved)- by providing guidance and feedback to the operations team
- Anchor key discussions with the clients around F&A; Processes, ERP gaps etc.
- Conduct training to end user training on F&A; Analytical Solutions
- Ensures compliance with data security, governance model and solutions deployed
- Build long-term relationship with stakeholders, handle and sort out major customer escalations in order to ensure strong customer relationships and enhance business
