University Representative

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, professional, and enthusiastic University Representative to represent Otis College of Art and Design in Lucknow. The candidate will be responsible for institutional outreach, student engagement, relationship management, and promoting the institution's academic offerings to prospective students and educational stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Represent the institution at educational fairs, seminars, meetings, and outreach events.

Communicate the institution's academic programs, facilities, and opportunities to prospective students and parents.

Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, educational counselors, and other stakeholders.
Conduct presentations and participate in student engagement and promotional activities.
Coordinate institutional visits, meetings, follow-ups, and networking activities.

Act as a point of contact between the institution and relevant stakeholders.

Identify opportunities for institutional partnerships and student outreach.

Maintain records of interactions, prepare activity reports, and provide regular updates to management.
Support institutional awareness, promotional initiatives, and assigned outreach targets.




Travel for institutional visits, meetings, and events as required.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Confident, presentable, and comfortable interacting with students, parents, educators, and institutional representatives.

Good coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, spreadsheets, and online meeting platforms.

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Candidates with experience in education, admissions, counselling, marketing, sales, or business development will be preferred.

Willingness to travel locally for institutional outreach activities.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
