About the Role

-We are looking for a customer-focused and motivated Retail Sales Officer to join our TANISHQ jewellery showroom in Puri, Odisha. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of relevant experience in the jewellery industry, with strong product knowledge, customer-handling skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

· -Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements, preferences, and budgets.

· Present and demonstrate gold, diamond, and other jewellery collections to customers.

· -Provide accurate information about product quality, designs, purity, pricing, making charges, and applicable offers.

· -Achieve individual and showroom sales targets through effective selling techniques.

· -Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

· -Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

· -Maintain product displays, showroom presentation, and merchandise standards.

· Follow company policies and standard operating procedures for billing, inventory handling, and jewellery security.

· Support daily showroom operations,



stock verification, and sales reporting.

· Maintain a professional appearance and contribute to a positive team environment.

Eligibility Criteria

· Minimum 2–5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.

· Candidates with experience in gold and diamond jewellery sales will be preferred.

· Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

· Strong sales orientation with the ability to meet and exceed targets.

· Professional attitude, honesty, and attention to detail.

· Ability to work in a team and maintain high standards of customer service.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
