Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Stock & Accounts Executive to manage daily inventory operations, dispatch activities, data entry, and basic bookkeeping. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of stock handling, Tally, and MS Excel and be capable of managing routine tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily stock and inventory records.
- Manage stock inward/outward movements and dispatch documentation.
- Record purchase and sales transactions, bills, invoices, and related documents.
- Perform routine data entry and voucher entries in Tally.
- Update inventory and transaction records in MS Excel or other software.
- Verify physical stock against recorded balances and report discrepancies.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Practical experience in stock handling and dispatch operations.
- Basic working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Good record-keeping, data entry, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage daily tasks independently and meet deadlines.

A reliable and organised qualified who can independently handle day-to-day stock management, dispatch documentation, and routine accounting entries with accuracy.
