Job Summary

Akasa Finance is looking for an Odia Telecaller for its EMI Collection Department in Siliguri. The candidate will be responsible for making outgoing calls to customers, following up on pending EMI payments, and achieving monthly collection targets.

Candidates must be fluent in both Odia and Hindi and willing to relocate to Siliguri.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Make outgoing calls to customers regarding pending EMI payments.

- Follow up with customers for overdue payments and payment commitments.

- Remind customers about upcoming and pending EMI dues.

- Handle customer queries related to EMI and loan payments professionally.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and payment updates.

- Update collection status and customer information in the system.

- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

- Communicate politely and professionally with customers.

- Coordinate with the team to improve collection performance.

Requirements





- Fluency in Odia and Hindi is mandatory.

- Good verbal communication and telephone-handling skills.

- Target-oriented and willing to work in a performance-based workplace.

- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.

- Must be willing to relocate to Siliguri, West Bengal.

- Age should be between 18 and 30 years.

- Freshers are eligible to apply.
