About the role :

We are seeking dynamic, target-oriented, and articulate Admission Counselors to join our central counseling hub in Nagole. You will act as a trusted educational advisor to students and parents navigating competitive higher education pathways across three core verticals:

Domestic B.Tech Admissions (deemed universities & institutional quota seats)

Domestic MBBS/BDS Admissions (state & All-India NEET counseling processes)

Study Abroad & Overseas MBBS (accredited universities, NMC/WDOMS compliance, and end-to-end visa facilitation).

key Responsibilities:

- Student & Parent Counseling: Conduct structured in-person and telephonic counseling sessions to evaluate entrance exam ranks, academic cutoffs, budget limitations, and long-term career aspirations.
- Lead Pipeline & Conversion: Manage incoming qualified leads from online campaigns, educational fairs, school tie-ups, and inbound walk-ins; sustain structured follow-up cadences to maximize enrollment conversion ratios.
- Admissions & Application Support: Guide students through college applications, entrance registrations, document dossiers, choice-filling algorithms, and institutional seat allotment workflows.
- Multi-Vertical Domain Expertise: Provide clear, transparent advisory on deemed engineering colleges, state NEET counseling rules, and accredited medical universities (Georgia, Philippines, Russia, Uzbekistan, UK & US).
- Data Tracking & Records Management: Maintain accurate student records, interaction statuses, and pipeline conversion stages using MS Excel; draft polished candidate profiles, SOPs, and formal letters using MS Word.
- Target Delivery:



Consistently achieve monthly and seasonal enrollment targets across both domestic engineering/medical intakes and overseas intakes.

Required skills and proficiency:

- MS Office Suite (Mandatory): Solid operational command of MS Excel (candidate databases, filters, sorting, basic formulas, daily trackers) and MS Word (clean document formatting, letters, student profiles).
- Regional & National Languages: Fluency in Telugu and English is mandatory for effective parent communication across AP & Telangana; conversational Hindi is a strong advantage.
- Persuasive Counseling Acumen: Empathetic listening, high ethical transparency regarding fee schedules/approvals, and robust objection-handling abilities.
- Operational Stamina: Ability to thrive in fast-paced counseling seasons and walk-in drives with positive energy and professional decorum.

Target Educational Background:

- BBA / MBA (Management) Robust acumen for commercial conversions, pipeline discipline, parent relationship building, and target achievement.
- B.Tech / B.E. (Engineering) Direct perspective on engineering branches (CSE, AI/ML, ECE, Data Science) , entrance percentiles, and university tiers.
- B.Pharm / Allied Health Sciences In-depth grasp of medical syllabi, hospital rotations, NMC regulations, FMGE/NExT screening, and healthcare careers.

CANDIDATE ONBOARDING & WALK-IN EVALUATION

Immediate Availability: Preference for candidates who can onboard within 0 to 15 days.

Interview Evaluation: The evaluation process comprises an in-person communication round, a simulated mock counseling session

Growth & Incentives: Offers fixed ₹3.0 LPA base + aggressive uncapped performance incentives per closed enrollment, alongside rapid promotions to Senior Counselor, Team Lead, and Branch Management.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 per year
