Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated, student-focused, and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and their parents through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to convert prospective leads into successful enrolments.

The role involves providing career guidance, conducting online and offline counselling sessions, following up with prospective students, explaining course details and payment options, and ensuring a smooth enrolment experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
- Conduct tele-counselling and online/offline counselling sessions to convert leads into admissions.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand students’ educational backgrounds, career goals, and requirements to recommend suitable programmes.
- Schedule and coordinate demo sessions, webinars, alumni interactions, and other student engagement activities.
- Assist students in completing application forms, submitting documents, and fulfilling admission requirements.
- Explain available fee payment options,



instalment plans, and education loan processes transparently.
- Maintain accurate student records, lead updates, follow-up schedules, and admission details in CRM/ERP systems.
- Handle student objections, address queries, build trust, and ensure a positive counselling experience.
- Follow up on pending admissions, documentation, and fee instalments as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve post-enrolment queries and provide timely support.
- Generate referrals from existing students and alumni through effective relationship management.
- Achieve individual admission and revenue targets while contributing to overall team performance.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to leads, conversions, enrolments, and revenue.
- Follow organisational policies, maintain professional conduct, and contribute ideas to improve counselling and admission processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Target-oriented mindset and willingness to work towards admission and revenue goals.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office, email, and data management.
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems is an advantage.
- Solid follow-up, time management, and organisational skil

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
