Role Summary

Responsible for the day-to-day running of the factory: achieving production targets, maintaining quality and safety, and managing the shop-floor workforce.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor daily production to meet targets and delivery timelines.

- Supervise operators, supervisors and contract labour; allocate manpower shift-wise.

- Ensure product quality and reduce rejections, rework and wastage.

- Coordinate with maintenance to reduce machine breakdowns.

- Coordinate with Store, Purchase, Quality and HR for materials, manpower and discipline.

- Maintain production records and submit daily/weekly reports to management.

- Handle attendance, discipline and basic employee grievances with HR.

- Implement 5S, housekeeping and improvement activities.

Qualification:





Diploma / B. Tech in Mechanical, Industrial or related field

Skills Required

- Team handling and leadership

- Production planning and problem-solving

- Working knowledge of safety and statutory norms

- MS Excel / ERP basics;

Languages:

Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, & English

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
