ALIQAN Technologies is hiring for an MNC client.

Location: Noida
Experience: 10–12 Years
Domain: Banking / FinTech (Mandatory)
Qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure timely delivery.
- Drive process improvement, workflow optimization, and operational excellence.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and operational controls.
- Manage client relationships, program implementation, and stakeholder communication.
- Lead and mentor operations teams.
- Handle operational reporting, metrics tracking, and issue resolution.

Mandatory Skills:

- Banking / FinTech domain experience
- Operations Management and Process Improvement
- MS Excel and Operational Reporting
- Stakeholder Management and Team Leadership
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
- Fluent English and Skilled Email Etiquette

Programming knowledge will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹1,700,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
