About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Car Rental Supervisor to manage daily car rental operations, supervise counter staff and drivers, coordinate vehicle deployment, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have experience in transport operations, fleet management, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise counter staff and manage daily car rental operations.
- Coordinate vehicle bookings, allocation, scheduling, pickup, and drop services.
- Monitor vehicle availability, condition, servicing, and maintenance.
- Manage driver duty allocation, attendance, discipline, and grievances.
- Handle customer enquiries, bookings, complaints, and corporate client requirements.
- Maintain rental agreements, trip sheets, fuel records, mileage, and billing details.
- Monitor vehicle utilization and control operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with vehicle permits, insurance, and other applicable requirements.




- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Train and guide staff and drivers to maintain service quality and safety standards.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Experience in car rental, fleet management, or transport operations.
- Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of vehicle scheduling, route planning, and GPS tracking.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp coordination.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve operational issues efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in car rental, transport, or fleet supervision.
- Experience handling corporate clients and supervising counter staff will be an advantage.
