Job Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and provide a professional check-in and check-out experience.
- Handle hotel reservations, room allocations, and guest inquiries.
- Manage bookings received through Booking.com, Agoda, and other online travel agencies (OTAs).
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback politely.
- Prepare guest bills, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure all guest information and booking details are updated in the hotel system.
- Maintain professional grooming and a clean, organized reception area.

Requirements

- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Previous hotel front office experience preferred.




- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel PMS software.
- Knowledge of online booking platforms is an advantage.
- Friendly attitude, professional behavior, and a guest-focused approach.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
