## Hiring: Senior Data Entry Executive

Location: Delhi, India

Experience: Minimum 3 years

### Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Process customer inquiries and map them to the correct automotive spare parts using part numbers and cross-references.

•⁠ ⁠Verify purchase prices, previous sales prices, and approved margins to prepare accurate quotations.

•⁠ ⁠Work extensively on Excel and Zoho ERP for data processing and quotation preparation.

•⁠ ⁠Create new BP codes for products not available in the existing database.

•⁠ ⁠Review the work of other team members to ensure accuracy and adherence to processes.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal teams to resolve product, pricing, and inquiry-related queries.

•⁠ ⁠Identify discrepancies and resolve data and pricing errors.





•⁠ ⁠Use AI tools and advanced Excel functions to improve productivity and efficiency.

### Skills & Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data entry, sales support, or back-office operations.

•⁠ ⁠Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, and formulas.

•⁠ ⁠Robust numerical aptitude and attention to detail.

•⁠ ⁠Experience with ERP systems; Zoho ERP experience is an advantage.

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable using AI tools and learning new technologies.

•⁠ ⁠Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Salary: INR 25,000 - 30,000 per month

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Advanced MS Excel: 2 years (Required)
