Job Description – Banquet Sales Executive

Position: Banquet Sales Executive
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Ramada By Wyndham,Vrindavan

Job Responsibilities

- Handle banquet inquiries for weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, social gatherings, and other functions.
- Generate new business through local market visits, corporate tie-ups, event planners, and client references.
- Conduct property site inspections and explain banquet facilities, packages, menus, and pricing to clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve monthly banquet sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the banquet, operations, and F&B; teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, event details, and sales reports.

Candidate Requirements





- Previous experience in banquet sales, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Candidates with Ramada hotel experience will be advantage.
- Local candidates are preferred; candidates from outside the city can also apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Solid local market knowledge and the ability to generate business.
- Presentable, target-oriented, and proactive.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred, ideally in hotel banquet sales.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with an existing local corporate and wedding client network will have an advantage.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
