Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day cinema operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise and lead the team, ensuring effective coordination and service delivery.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, safety guidelines, and company policies.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure a seamless movie-going experience.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Duty Officer/Duty Manager or in a supervisory or managerial role in the service industry.
- Strong team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to handle operational challenges.
