About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented School Coordinator to promote and coordinate the 7-day CERN Educational Program for school students. The candidate will be responsible for establishing relationships with schools, principals, management teams, and teachers to organize student participation in the international educational program focused on science, technology, research, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach schools, CBSE/ICSE/state-board institutions, and international schools to promote the CERN Program.
- Schedule appointments and conduct meetings with principals, school management, coordinators, and teachers.
- Explain the program objectives, itinerary, eligibility criteria, advantages, and participation process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and educational institutions.
- Organize presentations, information sessions, webinars, and parent orientation meetings.
- Coordinate with the admission and operations teams to manage student registrations and documentation.
- Follow up with schools to convert inquiries into confirmed student enrollments.
- Maintain a database of schools,



contacts, meetings, leads, and follow-up activities.
- Achieve monthly school outreach, meeting, and student enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding travel documentation, schedules, and pre-departure briefings, where applicable.
- Maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat participation and referrals.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; education, management, or marketing preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in school coordination, educational outreach, institutional sales, or business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to communicate with school principals, directors, teachers, and parents.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, email, and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple institutional relationships..
- Willingness to travel for school and college visits, as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
