Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

(Experience)

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing or workshop management.

Experience in custom residential furniture production is preferred.

Good knowledge of solid wood, plywood, MDF, veneers, laminates, PU finishes, upholstery, and hardware.

Technical & Production Knowledge

Ability to understand furniture drawings, dimensions, and design references.

Experience supervising carpentry, polishing, upholstery, and finishing work.

Ability to plan daily production, manage multiple orders, and meet delivery deadlines.

Identify production errors, maintain quality standards, and minimise rework.

(Factory & Team Management)

Experience managing carpenters, polishers, upholsterers, and other workshop staff.

Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and maintain productivity.

Ability to independently resolve production challenges and manage factory operations.

Vendor, Inventory & Delivery Coordination

Coordinate with suppliers,



vendors, and outsourced workers.

Monitor raw materials, maintain inventory records, and follow up on purchases.

Oversee furniture packing, transportation, and installation.

(Reporting & Communication)

Maintain daily worklists, production schedules, and progress reports.

Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp.

Provide regular updates to management through photographs, videos, and reports.

(Personal Skills)

Proactive: Takes initiative without constant reminders.

Responsible: Takes ownership of work, quality, and timelines.

Problem-Solver: Finds practical solutions to production issues.

Detail-Oriented: Ensures furniture matches approved designs and specifications.

Hands-On: Actively supervises work on the factory floor.

This is a hands-on furniture production role, not an administrative position.

Candidates must have practical furniture manufacturing experience and be capable of independently managing daily workshop operations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
