About the Role

Liveindesigns is looking for an experienced, target-driven Sales Manager to own the complete sales cycle and drive residential interior project closures. If you have a strong industry network and a proven record of closing high-value projects, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

- Convert leads from Meta, Google, Instagram, referrals, and other sources
- Handle client calls, meetings, and site visits
- Understand client requirements, budget, and project scope
- Manage quotations, negotiations, and project closures
- Own the sales pipeline and follow-ups end to end
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Guide, mentor, and monitor the sales team
- Coordinate with the design team for smooth client handovers
- Track sales performance, conversion ratios, and lost-lead reasons
- Share feedback on market trends, pricing, and lead quality

What We're Looking For

- 3-6 years of sales experience, preferably in interiors, architecture, real estate, or home improvement




- A strong network among architects, builders, contractors, real estate, or allied industries
- Proven ability to generate business through personal contacts and referrals
- Solid communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Ability to independently close high-value interior projects
- Experience managing or mentoring a sales team (an advantage)
- A target-oriented mindset with strong business development skills

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
