Experience: 5–6 years in commercial fruit cultivation or protected agricultureCore Responsibilities:
Supervise daily field operations, labor deployment, and farm safety.Execute irrigation, fertigation, and pest management (IPM) protocols.Oversee harvest cycles, grading standards, and post-harvest handling.Monitor crop health and maintain exact production and input records.
Qualifications:Degree/Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture,
or related discipline.Practical experience in berry farming, greenhouse management, or drip systems.Strong supervisory and problem-solving abilities.
