Telecalling Head – Chit Fund Company

Job Description:

- Manage and supervise the telecalling team and daily calling activities.
- Set team targets and monitor individual performance.
- Generate recent business leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Promote chit schemes and explain their benefits to customers.
- Monitor customer enquiries, lead conversion, and follow-up activities.
- Train and guide telecallers to improve communication and sales performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly calling and performance reports.
- Ensure proper lead management and timely customer follow-ups.
- Coordinate with branch managers and the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing business opportunities.





Requirements:

- Experience in telecalling, telesales, or team handling is preferred.
- Experience in the chit fund or financial services industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of sales targets, lead conversion, and customer relationship management.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
