While we have built a strong digital presence as a rapid-growing D2C brand, our next phase of growth involves expanding our physical footprint and building trust through strategic institutional and retail partnerships.

The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and relationship-driven Sales and partnership (B2B) Jr. Associate to help us build our B2B (Business-to-Business) sales channel. In this role, you will be on the front lines of our expansion, forging partnerships with maternity hospitals, retail stores, pediatric clinics, premium preschools, and corporate gifting programs.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

- Identify and build a lead pipeline of premium maternity hospitals, retail stores, preschools, and corporate HR departments.
- Run outreach campaigns to pitch Mom's Home products to key decision-makers.




- Assist in creating and customizing B2B pitch decks, product catalogues, and sales presentation materials.
- Negotiate terms, close B2B partnerships, and ensure new partners are smoothly onboarded.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all leads, outreach efforts, and closed deals using CRM tools and Google Sheets.

What We Are Looking For

- 1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development, or institutional/retail partnerships (strong internships considered).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present to senior decision-makers and retail owners.
- A target-oriented mindset with a strong drive to hit and exceed sales and partnership goals.
- Comfortable using basic sales tools like Google Sheets, Excel, LinkedIn, and CRM software.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
