Job Description: Field Data Collection Associate Location: Noida / Delhi NCR Open Positions: 12 Experience: 1–2 years Employment Type: Contract / Project-Based Work Mode: Field-Based (On-Site) About the Role We are looking for proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented Field Data Collection Associates to support on-ground data collection activities across factories, workshops, and industrial locations. This role involves interacting with business owners, supervisors, and shop-floor workers to facilitate data collection using digital devices and ensure accurate handling of equipment and collected files. Key Responsibilities • Visit factories, workshops, and industrial sites across Delhi NCR and nearby Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities for data collection activities. • Coordinate with business owners, supervisors, and shop-floor workers in Hindi and English. • Operate Android devices, GoPro-style cameras, and other equipment as required for field data collection. • Manage equipment check-in/check-out, batteries, memory cards, and serial-number records. • Organize, maintain, and transfer collected data files accurately using basic computer tools and spreadsheets. • Follow project guidelines, data collection protocols, and equipment safety procedures. • Maintain daily activity records and report progress, issues,



and field observations to the project team. Required Skills & Qualifications • Graduate or equivalent qualification. • 1–2 years of experience in sales or any role involving regular human interaction, customer engagement, coordination, or field operations. • Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English. • Confidence in interacting with people across different work environments, including factories and workshops. • Basic computer knowledge, including file management and spreadsheets. • Ability to handle digital equipment responsibly and maintain accurate inventory records. • Willingness to travel daily across Delhi NCR and surrounding Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. • Flexibility to work six days a week during data collection periods and manage shifts of up to 10 hours, including extended periods on your feet. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in field research, data collection, field sales, site supervision, or survey operations. • Basic photography or video recording skills. • Familiarity with Android devices, action cameras, or similar digital equipment. • Valid two-wheeler driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
