Operations Coordinator

To manage daily business activities, streamlines workflows, and serves as a central communication link between departments, vendors, and management to keep company operations productive and organized.

Key Responsibilities

- Process & Workflow Coordination: Streamline daily business activities, monitor project milestones, and ensure deliverables stay on schedule and within budget.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external clients, and third-party vendors.
- Vendor & Supply Management: Coordinate with suppliers, review invoices, handle purchase orders, and monitor inventory levels for equipment and office supplies.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain operational databases, update CRMs or shared drives, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular reports for leadership.
- Meeting & Event Logistics: Schedule team calendars, coordinate internal meetings, prepare agendas, and organize training or corporate events.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks, recommend workflow enhancements,



and help update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 1 to 3+ years of experience in operations coordination, administrative support, project management office (PMO), or a shared-services/BPO environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
