Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance/Accountant to support our day-to-day accounting, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and financial documentation activities. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, proficiency in Tally and MS Excel, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial record maintenance.

- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor payments, and customer invoicing.

- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.

- Assist with employee payroll processing and salary-related documentation.

- Support statutory compliance activities, including PF, ESI, GST, and TDS documentation.

- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.

- Assist in preparing monthly expense statements and financial reports.

- Maintain employee, vendor, and customer financial records.





- Coordinate with HR and internal teams for payroll inputs and employee documentation.

- Ensure proper filing of bills, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.

- Assist the finance team with audits and other accounting activities as required.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.

- Working knowledge of Tally or Tally Prime.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.

- Understanding of GST, TDS, PF, and ESI is an added advantage.

- Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Educational Qualification

- B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), or a related qualification.

- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience may apply.
