D+ Diagnocare is a doctor-led, NABL-accredited and CGHS-empanelled diagnostic centre located in South Delhi. We provide comprehensive diagnostic services, including pathology, radiology, preventive healthcare, corporate health checkups and pre-employment medical examinations.

Job Overview

D+ Diagnocare is seeking a senior and experienced MBBS doctor to oversee pre-employment medical examinations, supervise clinical activities and manage the day-to-day operations of our diagnostic centre.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced medical professional seeking a stable, long-term position combining clinical practice, occupational health assessments and healthcare administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct general medical examinations and pre-employment health assessments.
- Review patient medical histories, clinical findings and diagnostic reports.
- Assess fitness for employment based on clinical findings and applicable medical requirements.
- Coordinate specialist consultations, follow-up examinations and additional investigations when necessary.
- Supervise daily clinical activities, patient flow and diagnostic centre operations.
- Coordinate with laboratory, nursing, front-office and administrative teams.
- Ensure accurate medical documentation, record maintenance and digital reporting.
- Support quality assurance, regulatory compliance, accreditation standards and inspection preparedness.




- Liaise with corporate clients, HR teams, referring doctors and patients.
- Monitor turnaround times, service quality and operational efficiency.
- Assist management in implementing SOPs and improving patient experience.

Eligibility & Candidate Profile

- MBBS degree from a recognised medical institution.
- Valid medical council registration is mandatory.
- Preferably 15–20 years of clinical or healthcare administration experience.
- Preference for experienced medical professionals aged 45 years and above.
- Experience in general medicine, occupational health, corporate medical examinations, hospital administration or diagnostic centre management will be an advantage.
- Retired government medical officers, senior hospital doctors and experienced general practitioners are encouraged to apply.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication and administrative skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with digital medical records.
- Ability to independently handle routine clinical and operational responsibilities.
