Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Branch Head to manage the day-to-day operations of a daycare centre in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for child safety, staff supervision, parent communication, hygiene, administrative activities, and ensuring smooth centre operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily daycare operations and ensure a safe, hygienic, and child-friendly setting.
- Supervise teachers, caregivers, and support staff to ensure smooth functioning.
- Monitor children's attendance, activities, meals, nap times, and classroom transitions.
- Handle parent queries, feedback, check-ins, check-outs, and daily updates.
- Ensure compliance with child safety standards, CCTV monitoring, first-aid procedures, and emergency protocols.
- Maintain records of attendance, incidents, inventory, petty cash, and daily operational reports.
- Coordinate with Head Office regarding admissions, fee follow-ups, events, vendor visits, and staff requirements.
- Conduct staff briefings and ensure adherence to operational SOPs and child-handling guidelines.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, performance, and training needs.




- Ensure proper centre opening and closing procedures and adequate supervision throughout operational hours.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; NTT/ECE certification will be an added advantage.
- Above 4 years of experience in daycare, preschool, childcare, retail, hospitality, centre operations, or front-office management.
- Strong team management, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication, parent-handling, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, and daily reporting.
- Responsible, organised, calm under pressure, and child-friendly.
- Willingness to work rotational, mid-day overlap, or split shifts as per centre requirements.

Working Hours

- Centre operating hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Duty hours: 8 hours per day.
- Rotational or flexible shifts based on operational requirements.
- Ensure smooth operations and appropriate supervision throughout the centre's operating hours.
