Job Summary

The Service Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring smooth cinema operations, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across assigned work areas to provide guests with a comfortable and enjoyable movie experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, address their queries, and ensure a pleasant cinema experience.
- Ticketing: Assist customers with ticket booking, ticket verification, and entry guidance.
- Food & Beverage Service: Take customer orders, serve food and beverages, and handle transactions as required.
- Cinema Operations: Support daily operational activities and ensure smooth coordination across different cinema areas.
- Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at food counters, trays, and service areas.
- Customer Complaint Handling:



Handle customer concerns politely and escalate issues to the supervisor when required.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure productive service delivery.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Minimum 12th pass.
- Age: Preferably 18–26 years.
- Experience: Freshers can apply; prior experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage.
- Communication: Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills: Customer-focused attitude, teamwork, adaptability, and willingness to work in rotational shifts.
