About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Operations Head to lead and oversee retail operations across multiple states. The position will be responsible for managing Area Managers, Store Managers, and outlet teams while ensuring operational efficiency, business performance, and consistent implementation of company standards across locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and monitor Area Managers, Store Managers, and outlet teams across multiple states.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple retail outlets and ensure smooth and effective functioning.
- Drive and monitor sales, marketing, distribution, inventory, stock management, logistics, and retail operations in coordination with relevant departments.
- Monitor manpower requirements, staff performance, productivity, and operational compliance.
- Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, SOPs, service standards, and outlet operating procedures.
- Review sales and operational performance against business targets and take corrective action where required.
- Identify operational challenges and implement timely and effective solutions.
- Conduct regular field visits to outlets and operational locations across assigned states.
- Coordinate with Admin, HR, Finance,



and Head Office teams on operational requirements and business initiatives.
- Review operational reports, identify performance gaps, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Support business expansion, new outlet operations, and process improvements as required.
- Ensure effective coordination between management, Area Managers, Store Managers, and outlet teams.

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in a senior Operations / Retail Operations leadership position.
- Strong experience in FMCG, F&B;, retail, or multi-outlet operations.
- Demonstrated experience managing Area Managers, Store Managers, and large operational teams.
- Strong understanding of sales, distribution, inventory, logistics, manpower planning, and retail operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong ability to analyse operational and business performance reports.
- Willingness to undertake inter-state travel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented business environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
