Quest Regency is a boutique hotel on Main Road, Golmuri, Jamshedpur, with an in-house restaurant. We're hiring a Hotel Manager to run day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Run front office, housekeeping, maintenance and restaurant operations
- Manage room pricing and bookings across OTAs (MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com)
- Deliver excellent service to corporate and leisure guests, and resolve complaints promptly
- Coordinate banquet and event bookings
- Manage, train and roster hotel staff
- Control costs and submit daily and monthly reports to the Owner
- Maintain licences and compliance (fire, FSSAI, guest registration)
Requirements
- 5–8 years of hotel experience, with at least 2 years as Front Office Manager, Assistant Manager or Duty Manager
- Hands-on experience with PMS software and OTA extranets
- Good communication in Hindi and English
- Hotel Management degree or diploma preferred
Salary: ₹35,000–50,000 per month plus performance incentive, based on experience.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
